That was cer­tain­ly the case for this office space ren­o­va­tion in Waltham, MA.

We were con­tract­ed to ren­o­vate the space for an incom­ing ten­ant; new paint, floor treat­ment, and com­mer­cial wall­cov­er­ings were on the dock­et. It was the wall­cov­er­ings, how­ev­er, that real­ly set this project apart.

High-End Wall­cov­er­ing Installation

As beau­ti­ful and styl­ish as paint can be, there is some­thing espe­cial­ly classy and unique about a well-cho­sen and applied wall­cov­er­ing.

In this case, our client request­ed a high-end prod­uct from France. With 10 – 12 week lead times, we need­ed to be sure that sam­ples arrived, were approved, and the prod­uct ordered in a way that fit with our project time­line. This required an extra lev­el of plan­ning, but the results were cer­tain­ly worth it.

Our inte­ri­or paint­ing work included:

We also refreshed the con­crete floor in their café by grind­ing down and remov­ing the mas­tic, fill­ing the sur­face, then seal­ing it with Land­mark Seal­er. This is a durable solu­tion, and it also flows with the clean, mod­ern style throughout.
