Kaloutas Painting strongly believes that safeguarding the health and welfare of their employees is of the highest priority. It is the policy of Kaloutas Painting to ensure all the aspects of its operation are consistently conducted in the safest manner possible.

OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) requirements
Kaloutas painters are required to complete a 10-hour OSHA training course in construction safety and health hazards, while field managers need to complete 30 hours of OSHA instruction. Upon joining Kaloutas, staff has 90 days to complete the requisite training.

Accident Prevention
It is of great importance that our employees and customers are unified in our goal to be accident free. Kaloutas Painting believes that accident prevention is everyone's responsibility. Each employee is accountable for the prevention of accidents. Upon joining the Kaloutas team, all staff members are presented with our Safety & Procedures Manual. We also conduct weekly “toolbox” talks to address accident and safety procedures and consistent compliance.

Safe Work Sites
Cooperation and commitment towards maintaining a safe work site and working in a safe manner is mandatory at all times. Kaloutas ensures monthly job site inspections to guarantee compliance.
