Two Stages of Com­mer­cial Paint­ing and Floor­ing Services

This was a unique process in that we were actu­al­ly con­tract­ed to com­plete the work in two stages, six months apart.

Why the gap?

As is often the case for us, our floor­ing and paint­ing ser­vices were tight­ly coor­di­nat­ed with oth­er trades at work. To mesh with the goals and time­line of the pro­fes­sion­als work­ing on this office ren­o­va­tion, we began by pol­ish­ing the con­crete floors to a 1500 grit finish.

Then, six months lat­er, we were called back for stage two: paint!

Stage 2: Inte­ri­or Painting

Using a num­ber of styl­ish Ben­jamin Moore col­ors, we paint­ed sev­er­al key surfaces:

• Walls
• Doors
• Frames
• Exposed ceil­ing deck

Because we cov­ered the exist­ing acousti­cal spray coat­ing, paint­ing the ceil­ing deck offered a par­tic­u­lar­ly valu­able update.

This project was com­plet­ed on-time, and the prop­er­ty own­er was thrilled. We wish his new ten­ant all the best with their local busi­ness ven­ture as well!
