Field Lead­er­ship Program

Employ­ees can apply for this edu­ca­tion­al pro­gram dur­ing our ​‘town hall meet­ings’. FLP allows employ­ees to learn from indus­try vet­er­ans about how to grow into learder­ship and even office posi­tions. Addi­tion­al­ly, FLP teach­es our painters about the busi­ness side of the job includ­ing pro­duc­tion rates, con­ver­sion math for paint quan­ti­ty, and sim­ple fina­cial math for estimates.
