Concrete Floor Repair and Polishing in Worcester, MA

Repair­ing Con­crete and Bring­ing Back that Shine

We recent­ly com­plet­ed a con­crete repair and con­crete pol­ish­ing project in Worces­ter, MA, that real­ly shows what a huge dif­fer­ence can come about through pro­fes­sion­al floor care and maintenance.

This par­tic­u­lar con­crete had a lot work­ing against it, includ­ing patch­es, holes, and con­trol joints that need­ed to be blend­ed in order to have the uni­form fin­ish that we all want to see. As a side note, a smooth sur­face is also a safe­ty fea­ture, cut­ting down on injuries and dam­age to equip­ment that can come from hav­ing moun­tains and val­leys in the floor.

After blend­ing the prob­lem areas, we incre­men­tal­ly pol­ished the con­crete until we arrived at a 1500-grit fin­ish. In addi­tion to using our Dia­mat­ic grinder, we also used dust col­lec­tors to help keep the envi­ron­ment as neat and clean as pos­si­ble while we worked.

We’re hap­py to report that we fin­ished this project dur­ing nor­mal busi­ness hours and with lim­it­ed dis­rup­tion for our client.
