Industrial Cleaning and Painting in Milford, NH

The pri­ma­ry objec­tive of this project could be boiled down to three words: short turn­around time (it sounds like that should be four words, doesn’t it?).

Why?

Well, speed and effi­cien­cy are always part of our work­ing vocab­u­lary. This is pri­mar­i­ly because com­mer­cial and indus­tri­al envi­ron­ments are often work­ing with tight timeta­bles and pro­duc­tion dead­lines of their own. We’re hap­py to be able to make our clients’ lives a lit­tle eas­i­er by get­ting the job done well, and in their timeframe.

In this par­tic­u­lar case, new equip­ment need­ed to be installed just as soon as we fin­ished our por­tion of the project. This neces­si­tat­ed the extreme­ly tight schedule.

Clean­ing and Paint­ing Walls and Doors

If you take a moment to browse through the pho­tos above, you’ll notice that the first two show dirty and dingy walls and doors. Step one for us was to wash them, then apply fresh paint.

For this project we used:

• Sher­win Williams Pro­Mar 200 0 VOC E/S
• Sher­win Williams DTM S/G

Just as a reminder, ​“0 VOC” refers to the fact that there are no Volatile Organ­ic Com­pounds in the paint for­mu­la. This means that there is no need to wor­ry about smelly, uncom­fort­able fumes. This is espe­cial­ly impor­tant in an envi­ron­ment like this where there were oth­er trades hard at work. We want to always pro­vide a pleas­ant, safe envi­ron­ment for our team, our clients, and those we’re work­ing alongside.
