Then we con­duct a thor­ough review of all paint­ing and facil­i­ty main­te­nance process­es, costs, and pro­ce­dures to make sure no stone is left unturned. Here are some of the things we cover.

Review sta­tus of work orders: We review all work orders to be sure they were com­plet­ed in a time­ly fash­ion. We make sure noth­ing remains out­stand­ing or incom­plete, and that you and your team are sat­is­fied with the work that’s been done.

Review flow of infor­ma­tion: We deter­mine whether project work­flow was intu­itive by exam­in­ing how projects are tracked and doc­u­ment­ed. For exam­ple, were you able to eas­i­ly track the sta­tus and com­ple­tion of projects? Some facil­i­ty main­te­nance sys­tems need more stream­lined doc­u­men­ta­tion. We’ll review it togeth­er and dis­cuss any oppor­tu­ni­ties for improvement.

Eval­u­ate work com­ple­tion sched­ule: We check all project work against your work com­ple­tion sched­ule. Did every­thing get done on time or ahead of sched­ule? If there’s any­thing we can do to improve ser­vice deliv­ery time, we’ll put it into future project plans.

Con­duct qual­i­ty review: We ensure that all work com­plet­ed meets health and safe­ty stan­dards, includ­ing indus­try-spe­cif­ic require­ments for paints, coat­ings, and reg­u­lar cleaning.
