Com­mer­cial Repur­pos­ing and Repainting 

This par­tic­u­lar prop­er­ty was actu­al­ly a bev­er­age dis­tri­b­u­tion cen­ter orig­i­nal­ly. It recent­ly changed hands, and now is being con­vert­ed into a state-of-the-art water recla­ma­tion and engi­neer­ing facility.

As a side note, it’s inter­est­ing that this repur­posed prop­er­ty is going to be ded­i­cat­ed to essen­tial­ly repur­pos­ing water!

While the site met the needs of our client, it did need some reju­ve­nat­ing and updat­ing. We were hap­py to pro­vide our assis­tance in the form of adding new paint and apply­ing a durable, attrac­tive epoxy floor.
