Partner with Kaloutas

For over 30 years, Kaloutas has been the contractor that facility professionals across New England call when the work has to be done right.

We handle industrial flooring, commercial painting, fireproofing, and more. But what keeps our clients coming back for decades is not just the quality of the work. It is the trust. It is the flexibility to grow and scale with your business. It is knowing that when an inspection is two weeks out or something unexpected happens overnight, you can make one call and we will be there.
