For over 30 years, Kaloutas has been the contractor that facility professionals across New England call when the work has to be done right.
We handle industrial flooring, commercial painting, fireproofing, and more. But what keeps our clients coming back for decades is not just the quality of the work. It is the trust. It is the flexibility to grow and scale with your business. It is knowing that when an inspection is two weeks out or something unexpected happens overnight, you can make one call and we will be there.
We serve customers across New England and beyond with offices located in Providence, RI, Newington, NH, Worcester, MA, Stoughton, MA, Portsmouth, NH, Hartford, CT, Portland, ME and North Andover, MA.
Kaloutas has been making facility management effortless across New England for over 30 years. Our mission is simple: to take the stress and complexity out of managing your space so you can focus on what you do best. Hard work, made easy.
