Inte­ri­or Brew­ery Paint­ing Ser­vices — Devel­op­ing the ​“Wow Factor”!

Beyond being greet­ed by high­ly-pol­ished con­crete floors, gleam­ing at an 800 grit fin­ish, the brew­ery own­ers want­ed the paint to offer a clean, attrac­tive, indus­tri­al feel as well.

This includ­ed paint­ing numer­ous sur­faces with low-VOC, low-odor acrylic paints from Sherwin-Williams:

• The exposed struc­tur­al ceil­ing deck and mechan­i­cals received SW Mul­ti-Sur­face Acrylic Dryfall
• The struc­tur­al steel, door­frames and trim received SW DTM Acrylic Semi-Gloss
• Sheetrock walls received SW DTW Pro­Mar 200 Zero VOC Eggshell

We offered the high lev­el of com­mu­ni­ca­tion nec­es­sary for this job, where mul­ti­ple trades worked close­ly togeth­er. It was also cru­cial that we kept the entire area clean as we pro­gressed, mak­ing sure to not dis­turb or slow down those work­ing through­out the day. Our large team, sched­ul­ing flex­i­bil­i­ty, and sin­gle point of con­tact made all of this possible.

Exte­ri­or Paint­ing and Coat­ing Services

The inte­ri­or of this Charl­ton brew­ery is beau­ti­ful, but the exte­ri­or is no less stun­ning. The angu­lar, mod­ern design is accen­tu­at­ed by strate­gi­cal­ly-placed walls of glass that max­i­mize nat­ur­al light dur­ing the day, and turn a bril­liant crim­son with each sunset.

To enhance and pro­tect these sur­faces, we com­plet­ed the following:

• Applied exte­ri­or coat­ings to the nat­ur­al wood surfaces
• Pro­tect­ed the exte­ri­or silos and rooftop units with a high-per­for­mance Indus­tri­al Poly­silox­ane coat­ing from PPG
• Coat­ed the met­al panels
• Coat­ed win­dow frames
• Stor­age silos
